Hi, I’m Kaylynn.
I am an easy going photographer.
I shoot what I like and I like what I shoot.
Each session is particularly inspired by the people I’m shooting, whether it be weddings, promotional work, portraits, or whatever.
My personal inspiration comes from editorial fashion, real life, the love I have for my family, and cool movies. I’m sorry if you were expecting something more profound.
I do most of my work in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, but will travel isn’t out of the question. You just have to give me a fancy reason.
My initial introduction to portraiture was purely accidental, when in 2006 I took a few photography classes that required it. To my surprise, there was something about capturing humanity that really intrigued me, and I’ve never been able to shake it. So I embrace it in my own way.
A career in photography was never my goal in life, but I am definitely not complaining. At twenty-two years old, having a full time job doing my favorite hobby is pretty cool. Life is awesome.
